What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and payment card information. Client’s payment card details are held by a third party in a vault system operated by PayDollar Pty Ltd. This information will act as security against your booking. The Sweet Spot Club Hire have self-certified compliance with the PCI council standards.
The Sweet Spot Club Hire do not keep a record of your credit card number. We will record which products you book and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide.
This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience. We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time.
When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.
